Sonoma Creek to East of body location at beginning of residential area. Speed limit goes from 45 immediately down to 25 when reaching Sonoma Creek overpass heading WB. Most cars do not slow down very much though it appears there has been extra encouragement from the neighborhood with hand done bright 25 mph signs to no avail. Moved skunk to South side of road onto grass. Gate and fencing covered in foliage on South side of road; home with partially unfenced yard on North side of road. CA quail covey observed on South side of road while recording observation.
