Weather at time of observation: sunny, 50 degrees F. Hooker Creek passes under Sonoma Highway where body located (on North end of overpass). Not able to move to side of road and not able to tell whether male or female. Hooker Creek on West side of road appears to be open, i.e., no fencing and no Himalayan blackberry. Not able to view creek on East side of road at this time. Appears to be wire mesh fencing on East side of road North of creek.
