The road and bridge on Dawn Hill Road are maintained by property owners on Dawn Hill. There is no posted speed limit, but common sense is 10 to 15 mph max. There is no surplus of common sense here. I've put up slow down signs at entrance to my resident on this road about a month ago to short-term avail. There are people living here full time, vacation rentals and vineyards where it appears they are constructing a building. Not sure what building use will be yet.
