This occurred under the overpass on highway 37 before the San Pablo NWR area and to the right of Skags island, barely past the Mare Island exit.

Location Description
highway 37on the beginning of Skaggs Island and before the sign for the San Pablo NWF. There were several dead ducks on the freeway and a mother and duckling fleeing to the side of the overpass.
