vehicle that hit this skunk must have been going way over the speed limit as the body what badly damaged. Sunny and about 50 degrees at time of reporting. Last night was cold, about 32 degrees and no rain (rain had stopped by early yesterday afternoon). Old partially dilapidated wire and wood fence on East side of road and wood framed covered with small weave [2.3 inch] wire fencing on East side of road (no way for animals to crawl under or through).
