In middle of the road. Moved him to the side of road in case a Great Horned Owl might want him for a meal. People tend to speed on Bennett Valley Road; most of the road is 35 mph. Though is is a smaller backroad, it is used quite a bit as an alternative to Hwy 12 for those traveling between Santa Rosa and Sonoma. It has been repaved earlier this year, so people tend to speed even more.
