'Carcass Disappearance' This carcass was removed from the road kill site and placed next to a fence approximately 15 feet away. I'll return to the site within 24 hours and evaluate presence or absence. This is rural residential with interior live oak, blue oak and introduced trees. An elementary school is 100 yards south of this site and California Highway Patrol office 30 yards to the north.
