Ca 135, at Ca.1 overpass, Orcutt. N bd out-cu/sh. Under bridge, grassy rd-sides. Adult, plump, ‘intact’, fresh. Xt, fs d. Large colony on E side of bridge. Saw this one from car. Checked area (N bd side only) and found at least 8 more adults (#814 - # 821) and several nestlings under nests, not counted as “roadkills”.
