I did not personally observe this road-killed bobcat. It was reported to me by Dr. Robert Fisher, U.S. Geological Survey, Western Ecological Research Center. I usually refrain from entering road kill data reported to me by others, but because of the species and the location (a hotspot of wildlife mortality and a place where we have an opportunity to enhance wildlife movement capability) I included it. Robert took the photo, and described the location in sufficient detail so that I'm confident that my point is within 50 m of the actual location.
