Cat lying alongside center white stripe between fast/slow southbound freeway lanes. West side chain-link fencing closeby but opens up at next freeway exit; crossing to east side through metal barricade divider w/oleander bushes, leads to open northbound freeway onramp! (Relevant literature mentions cats can inadvertently stow-away in parked vehicles then jump out unexpectedly when vehicle starts moving (or any time thereafter). Also some people have been observed throwing unwanted cats, dogs, puppies, or kittens out vehicle windows along local roadways.
