Western Rattlesnake

DOR on road from cabin about halfway down to John Day River. This was the second DOR western rattlesnake we found that day. The second photo is of the same species also found DOR on the same stretch of road. I did not record locations of each specimen. It is impressive how different the coloration is of the two snakes.
