Condition
Dead
Animal
Western Tanager
Observation Date / Time
Dead on road. There is a depression nearby that either collects rain water or is an aquifer and water springs up out of it during the cooler months of the year. It is dry right now but there are small mesquite trees that could have attracted this bird. It was 119 degrees at 11:50am at this location.
