Pacific Newt (roadkill)
Found dead on Alma Bridge Road between Priest Rock Trailhead and Soda Spring Canyon.

Note: some of these newts were very dessicated/decomposed, but if you look closely you can see one or more of the following characteristics: general shape & size; skin texture and underbelly color; head, tail, bones such as carpals, tarsals, and vertebrae.
