Found along highway. Also found nearby were primaries from a Peregrine Falcon (http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/5311618). I'm guessing the Peregrine Falcon killed and probably ate most of the Gadwall. I'm not sure what happened to the Peregrine Falcon.
