1 of 2 logged separately; biking by and a flock flushed from shoulder and road, circled back to watch, video, shoo them off road and bam this one was hit from a car coming from north in the west lane; succeeded in shooing the remainder into trees; 46 dF when I passed, but snow that melting with rain that moving in for 5 hr overnight.
