Roadkill, Sullivan Ridge Fire Road, with yellow jackets feeding on the carcass. Run over numerous times by vehicles coming in and out of Camp Josepho. The ID is a little challenging because the lizard is almost one with the road. However, it clearly has a very long tail, hints of blue on the ventral scales, rectangular ventral scales, and long toes, which are all consistent with it being a whiptail. The close-up of the head makes the ID more obvious with the large head scales.
