Raccoon may have been hit overnight Wednesday. Appeared to have been there more than one night. I had not taken this road yesterday. Body was on East shoulder of road. Creek is running along East side of road and crosses under road apx. 30 feet North of body (not sure of creek's name, but appears to flow into Calabazas Creek which flows into Sonoma Creek). Metal fence over wooden frame on West side of road, openings in metal fence are apx. 2x3 inches and apx. 6 ft. tall. Doesn't have space for animals to crawl under fence. Fence on East side of road is metal with apx. 7x7 inch openings then three lines of barbed wire above about 8 ft. tall. Fence is between road and creek but there is room under fence in several places for animals to pass except large bucks perhaps. Young native plants have been planted on West side of road and East side of road has native and non-native plants.
