This is the farthest north I have seen the Eastern Fox Squirrel in Sonoma County. They are common in Sebastopol, about five miles south of this location. I have been seeing road killed squirrels farther and farther north over the last few years. The native Western Gray Squirrel seems to be less common than it used to be.
