Crushed with extensive damage. Impact site was 8 inches from the center line in the westbound lane, carcass was ~30 inches into the eastbound lane with the entrails 12 feet off the road on a 19 inch high berm. The 'splatter' was about 22 feet long. Sparse vegetation dominated by Atriplex hymenelytra (Desert holly), Larrea tridentata (Creosote), and Erigonum inflatum (Desert trumpet).Weather: 60% cloud cover, 3/7 mph winds, 48 degrees Fahrenheit.
