I was checking out another area after the New Years Eve Flood and came across this road-killed Beaver.
Now that is a species that you don't often see crossing a well-traveled roadway, except maybe during a Flood. Bike riders Beware. Bucks Creek is in the background (west of the roadway) in the last photo.
What was the last thought that the Beaver had .............. Dam[n] It .............
P.S. I don't live in the Serrano Development - too damn many rules and HOA fees, but I like their greenbelts.
