Weather: calm, clear, warm. Carcass located in west bound lane just west of the driveway into the Yolo County Landfill. The road is the north levee road of the Willow Slough Bypass. To the south is the slough and on the north side of the road is the landfill. Lots of traffic to and from the landfill.
