body in NB land at South entrance to bridge over Sonoma Creek. Weather at time of observation: 69 degrees F, sunny. Moved body to side of road. Speeding is a problem in the area - people going North from Sonoma Developmental Center (SDC) start speeding up even though speed limit continues to be 25 North of the bridge bc visitors to Sonoma Valley Regional Park park their cars here and enter; and, going South speed limit goes down from 35 and people tend not to slow down until they are well within the SDC property.
