On West side of road (side body was on) there is a high wooden fence and the retirement community of Oakmont. Next to Oakmont is Annadel State Park. On East side of road is a wire fence, open land and Mayacamas mountains. Raccoon appeared to be a healthy male. Appears to be placed on shoulder. Not much blood, hit in face.
