US 101 S, ~0.5+ mi W Exit 110, Goleta. E bd in-shoulder, new wall-divide. Eucalyptus grove/ rural. Larger deflated individual I’d seen previously, about 100 yds to west of next (#572) in same situation. No stop, no fs, but seen before 1+ times. Seen again 14.10.20.
