West bound lane of Yolo CR 28H near the center line. Located between the Willow slough Bypass and the Yolo County Central Landfill. Road has weedy edges. The gulls, thousands, feed at the Landfill and roost and feed in the adjacent fields. This gull probably flew in low coming in or leaving the landfill. The gull was in decent shape.
