Wetlands/pasture on both sides of road. Sandhill pair raised one young in this area and this appears to be that 1 young. Based on blood and conditon of body, killed early this morning. Found by Avery Beyer who took it off the pavement then reported the kill to me. Roadkill sandhill crane......seen about everything now!
