Current weather: 55 degrees F., calm, clear. The road is a levee along Willow Slough Bypass. The slough is to the south and agricultural grain field to the north. The levee road has a steep slope along the bank. Ruderal vegetation occurs along the edge of the road. Steady traffic to the landfill. The carcass was flattened. I found it in the east bound lane.
