Observed in the center of the roadway. Chainlink fence on east side of highway; did not observe areas where the frog could have crawled under the fence in the immediate vicinity of the body. Roadwork on west side of SR 70. The area is extremely dry and there do not appear to be any creeks or ponds in the immediate vicinity.
