The Mountain lion was a confirmed by the DFG as a young female.
The uploaded word document has the site pictures. We took one at each angle and view. The Puma was hit at a ravine site, which it might have been traveling down. We found some heavily used game trails leading down into the ravine and at the highway, there is a culvert, which is large enough for a cat to go through but it is very long and you can't see all the way through it. At the Lexington reservoir though, there is a terrific culvert, which you can easily see through and is very large. It just needs some ground work, additional soil and gravel to make it more travel friendly as it was a little flooded and had large branches that need to be cleared out. It would be an ideal location for a fencing design to guide animals to so they could safely cross underneath the highway.
