Unfortunate buck, facing eastbound Hwy 12 in crosswalk at Oakmont Drive, adult male with velvety horns. Hwy 12 is a very precipitous roadway with very few safe wildlife crossings due to heavy fast-moving traffic and solid fencelines. This guy was fully adult size, my guess would be at least 3 years old, heathy weight at the time (the deer here are fed by residents).
