Poor guy was still alive but it was obvious from the way his back legs dragged that whoever hit him broke his back. There really wasn't a lot I could do since I shouldn't move him because the pain he must've been going through, but even I did tried to save him, I couldn't see him surviving until morning when the rehab (who does birds, not foxes) opens up.
