This is part of a sub-study to see if/how many newts disappear from the road between surveys.

@merav, I'm not sure what all fields or project to add this to, but wanted to get them up asap.

This is the additional newt seen in the parking area at Limekiln. So it was not in the road per se, but to the side. This will make the flag numbers out of sequence toward the end.
