Found dead on Alma Bridge Rd.

This newt is severely decomposed, but if you look closely, you can see the vertebrae, tail, a leg, and some skin tissue.
Since this observation shows signs of decomposition, I compared it with all previous observations to make sure I didn't add any duplicates to the project. This was a time-consuming, tedious, and possibly error-prone process, but I think it's important to go through this exercise to get an accurate mortality count.
