Pacific Newt (roadkill)
Found dead on Alma Bridge Rd.

I did one comprehensive sweep of Alma Bridge Rd. from St. Joseph's Hill OSP to Soda Springs Canyon in Jan 2018. Many of the carcasses were very desiccated/decomposed, but if you look closely you can see one or more of the following characteristics: general shape & size; skin texture and underbelly color; head, tail, bones such as carpals, tarsals, and vertebrae.
