This rabbit was still breathing when I came upon it. I thought it was a gray fox at first when I was driving by. When I started taking pictures, I could see it breathing. I placed it in a cardboard box and took it to Project Wildlife. I am sure they euthanized it, since it seemed like the spine was broke. I almost hate stopping for 'roadkill' now.
