Remains of a kestrel identified on C Street near intersection with Alhambra Blvd. Unusual to see a dead kestrel on the roadway. Uncertain if it was a roadkill or there was another other cause of death. Kestrels are known to nest nearby on the American River Parkway at Sutter's Landing Park.
