Bear was a young male, probably about two years old. I'd estimate around 120 pounds. It looked like it got hit by a truck. There is a new guardrail here, along with barbed wire fencing behind that. This kept the bear on the road and didn't allow it to escape being hit by the truck. An under-crossing near here would be great for the wildlife.
